Every Citizen Should Cast His Vote In General Election Tuesday

Three separate ballots will be given to Rappahannock county voters when they go to the polls Tuesday, November 8. On one ballot they will vote for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and Member of the House of Delegates from Rappahannock and Culpeper Counties. Another ballot is For or Against the proposed Constitutional amendment to abolish the Virginia Poll Tax as a prerequisite to voting in America. A third ballot is one upon which he vote for a Supervisor of the Culpeper Soil Conservation District.

Every gazetted voter of Rappahannock is urged to read his vote and express his interest in his government and participate therein. To those citizens who are not qualified the ballot is expressed that all good citizens interested in the conduct of the mortuary should keep west informant, should clarify, and choose one just the best available candidates who have unselfish motives to making office.

Speaking locally, our representatives in future years will be based on the total vote and in this election. This representative has been important during recent years in its conventions to dominate a member of the U. S. Senate, a member of Congress, member of the State Senate, and a member of House of Delegates. You are urged to cast your ballots and keep Rappahannock strong.

The candidates seeking the respective offices are listed below on the will appear from a special ballot to be used in Rappahannock county. Senator Smith was nominated as the candidate by the Democratic Party at the 1923e assembly August Primary eleventh nomination in Virginia in Parliament to electing of the Democratic nominee.
